About The Best Employers' Club

The Best Employers’ Club provides an exclusive platform for the Best Workplaces to unite and devise exceptional solutions together towards the goal of making India a Great Place to Work. A learning forum where companies put ideas on the table as peers and not competitors, to understand and implement measures to create and sustain a Great Workplace. The Best Employers’ Club is a think tank and sounding board in the industry and academia, a thought leader in its own defined space.

Members meet four times a year to support each other in:

  • Learning best practices, principles and new ideas in practice
  • Connecting to build supportive networks with other leaders, and
  • Raising the Bar for all organizations on the most relevant practices and the business benefits of creating great workplaces.

Rules of Membership

The Best Employers’ Club is open to organizations that have featured on Great Place to Work® and Economic Times Best Companies to Work For® Study Top 100 list in the past year or Top 50 in the past five years. Members must be CXOs / Heads of Functions / Business Heads who have a significant role in building a great workplace culture. Currently, membership is open to maximum two members per featured organization. There are 75 such membership seats open overall. The membership is transferable to CXO level members within an organization.

Your organization will be assessed in two parts – employee survey and people practices assessment. Our proprietary and globally-trusted framework the Trust Index© survey is used to survey the employees on the 5 dimensions of a great workplace – Fairness, Respect, Credibility, Pride and Camaraderie. People practices implemented in your organization are assessed through the Culture Audit© process which covers 9 distinct practice areas of a great workplace culture.

Business leaders and researchers rely on Great Place to Work® metrics — the Trust Index© and Culture Audit© to establish the standard that defines a great workplace.
